Temp to Possible Hire

Temp to Possible Hire provides you with an alternative way to hire a permanent employee. You experience the same process as direct hire, however, once you decide to proceed with the candidate, the selected employee is placed on MSR’s payroll at a predetermined bill rate for a specified conversion period. This provides an opportunity for you to observe skills and determine how this person interacts with staff and patients. During this time, if the employee terminates for any reason, you do not have the consequence of unemployment costs or other related expenses.
