We guarantee a recruiter will be allocated to your search for a period of 30 days. After the 30 days, if we are not successful in identifying a qualified candidate we will provide your organization a detailed activity log of our efforts in order to evaluate the next action plan.
The recruitment strategy may include the following efforts:
- Direct recruitment of passive candidates within healthcare facilities.
- Utilization of our extensive data base with active prequalified candidates.
- Outreach to a network of colleagues and business associates for referrals.
- Placement of ads on the internet social networking sites and all traditional internet job boards.
Our service is a contingency fee based on a percentage of the first year’s estimated compensation. There is no up front cost to your organization and a 30 day replacement guarantee. Finally, detailed investigations, including criminal background checks and pre-employment drug testing, are completed when specifically requested by our clients.
Temp to Possible Hire
Temp to Possible Hire provides you with an alternative way to hire a permanent employee. You experience the same process as direct hire, however, once you decide to proceed with the candidate, the selected employee is placed on MSR’s payroll at a predetermined bill rate for a specified conversion period.
This provides an opportunity for you to observe skills and determine how this person interacts with staff and patients. During this time, if the employee terminates for any reason, you do not have the consequence of unemployment costs or other related expenses.
