Seeking a Clinical Leader with the ability to manage EMR Department and coordinate full life cycle implementation of EHR (Electronic Health Record) in physician practices. Manages and guides EHR Team in workflow and process analysis, documentation development, client training, problem resolution, change management, template development, project timelines and corrective action plan.
Ensure client’s priorities are met by coordinating staff resources based on departmental needs and requirements. Work closely with physician practice staff on project completion and manages appropriate resources needed for project. Job Requirements: R.N. degree and three to five years of clinical experience. 2-3 years project management experience in implementing an EHR in a five plus physician office.
